We hired Young Kim Painting Co, to paint the outside metal-railings of our building and painting a couple of “steps” in our garage with high-visibility caution paint.
Two things that really stood out with me, having to deal with a lot of contractors for our building, were the initial walk-through with Mr. Kim and the proposal document he emailed afterward, outlining the cost and every detail we had discussed!

After the job was finished, Mr. Kim came out and did another walk-through and we identified areas that needed touch-ups, before the job was completed.

It was a very pleasant experience dealing with this company. We will use them again when we paint our building stucco (possibly next year)!
